I’m a pole dancer, aerialist, model, mom of 2 and wife. I found pole fitness when I was looking to find myself after having kids. Like a lot of moms do, I got so wrapped up in the kids that I wasn’t taking care of myself and got lost in motherhood. I never went to the gym much before, and had zero dance or gymnastics background. After a few classes, I was hooked on pole. I have since challenged myself with aerial silks, pole silks, lyra hoop, trapeze and chair burlesque.
Pole has completely changed my life over the past few years, meeting the most amazing and inspirational people and becoming confident, sexy and strong. Pole has also lead to many opportunities like becoming certified to teach pole and getting hired to perform at various events, including a Snoop Dogg concert.
This blog is about my personal fitness journey, from where I started to where I am now and my successes and challenges along the way.
